My Terms of Use are included within each resource. In brief, when you make a purchase, you are purchasing a single-teacher license to use the resource.
Single-teacher usage means that YOU can use the material, but you cannot share it with others. (Having a substitute teacher use it as part of your lesson plan is fine.) Please share the link to the resource if a colleague is interested in it.
Do not post my materials online where anyone can find them. Posting them as part of a password-protected online learning platform (such as Google classroom) or a password-protected website that only your own students have access to is fine.
My prices are set for a single teacher's use, not teams of teachers, not entire schools/programs, and not school districts. Please respect this. If you want to use any of my resources as part of your school or program's curriculum, please contact me at hello (at) rikeneville (dot) com so that we can work together and get something set up that is fair for everyone.
Do not feed any part of any of my resources to any AI.

I have previews for all my resources. The preview button is located between the "buy now" button and the resource's description.
For bundles, I offer a slide-show overview, which is located at the very bottom of the description, but I highly recommend checking out the preview for each resource that's in the bundle before purchasing to make an informed decision and ensure that it will meet your needs.

All files are in flattened PDF format. This ensures ready access without a need to have pricy software.

All of my files come in a flattened PDF format. They are not editable to protect my own intellectual work as well as abide by the terms of use for any clipart, photos, or specialty fonts I may have used.
That said, you could always go old school. Print one copy, use some white out and a pen, and then make copies for your students from that.

Everything is created for teachers to use with their students. If you're a student interested in self-study, you can purchase and use my materials; however, nothing has student guides.

You'll want to head on over to my blog. I have written a great deal over the years.

I follow standard industry practice with all sales being final. It's simply impossible to "return" a digital file like one might a pair of socks.

Yes, I'm 99.999% sure that I'll close it on December 31st. If you purchased anything there, you should still be able to access it as I will only be deactivating everything for now. Remember that TpT can pull anything down at any time. Always keep your own digital copies off of TpT. Don't depend on TpT to be your storage system.
